98 Honda VTR Superhawk:
This was one of my first projects! Unfortunately I was not able to finish it since I left Spokane for school! It was an insurance claim and most of the damage was bodywork. I replaced one of the radiators with one I got off Ebay. I also had to rewire almost the whole thing because whoever did the wiring was either drunk or blind. I put on a new tail light and rear turn signals and rewired the headlamp and front turn signals. After that, I replaced all the body pieces, changing out the front 3 pieces for a single molded piece. That was a challenge because the custom molded faring wasn't fitting right.
Here's my trick for that: I bolted it down with minimal bolts, heated the garage with a propane heater, stretched the faring while it was warm, finished bolting it to the frame and let it cool. That formed the faring to the frame and held it's new shape so that it could be removed and painted. Unfortunately I was not able to paint it since I had to leave for MMI.
